  1. Boiler setting

 

  Bottom supported heavy wall is generally built by fireclay bricks

 

  Sectional supporting water cooled wall: fireclay refractory castable or plastic materials, lightweight refractory castables or insulation board;

 

  Top supported water cooled wall: insulation board or lightweight refractory castables, refractory fibers or high-temperature glass wool.

 

  2. Powdered coal burner

 

  The burner linings which are affected by high temperature and erosion can use high alumina cement clay refractory castable or high-alumina plastic refractories.

 

  3. Gasification chamber

 

  Due to good heat conducting properties, silicon carbide monolithic refractory materials are used as linings in lower part of gasification chamber.
